One rule, and it's the one that gets you paid

On TikTok, your video has to tag the Neubrain product through TikTok Shop. If it isn't tagged, TikTok never tells us the video exists — we can't see the views and we can't pay for them. It's two taps before you post, and it's also what puts a buy button on your video.

On Instagram there's nothing to tag. Your link lives in your bio and does the work for you.

The videos that work here aren't produced. They're somebody holding a pouch in their kitchen saying what they honestly think. If it looks like an ad, it performs like an ad. Don't overthink it — your first one takes ninety seconds.

Questions

Everything people ask us first

Do I have to buy the coffee to join?
No. You can join, post and earn commission without ever buying anything. The refund rungs are the only part that needs an order behind them — we can't refund an order that doesn't exist. If you're in the program on TikTok you can request a free sample through TikTok Shop instead.
I've never made a video before. Where do I start?
Exactly where you are. Hold your phone, hold the pouch, and say what you actually think about it — one take, no editing, no script. You don't have to show your face if you'd rather not; plenty of the videos that do best are just hands making a cup. The What to actually post section above has four ideas you can copy word for word. Your first one will feel awkward. Everybody's does, and it still earns you $5.
I signed up but I don't see Neubrain in my showcase.
Two usual reasons. Either you haven't accepted the invite yet — check your TikTok notifications and messages — or we haven't added you yet, which takes up to 24 hours. If it's been longer than that, email us and we'll sort it in minutes.
How do I tag the product?
When you're on the final screen before posting, tap Add link, choose Product, and pick Neubrain from your showcase. It has to be done before you post — you can't add it afterwards. Steps with screenshots are in the section above.
When do I get paid?
We run payouts once a week. The $5, the referral bonuses and the view rungs go out in that batch — as a discount on your next subscription order if you subscribe, or a gift card if you don't. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your TikTok Shop commission is paid by TikTok on their own schedule, separately from us.
Do I have to post a certain number of times? What if I stop?
There's no quota and no contract — stop whenever you like, nothing happens.

On Instagram, one post is fine. Your link stays in your bio and keeps earning 25% on anything it sells, so the only reason to post more is that more posts sell more.

On TikTok, there's one thing worth knowing: post four videos a month and your commission stays at 40% for as long as you keep it up. Fall below four and it drops to 20%. That's the only rule attached to any of this.
What if my video doesn't get many views?
You still keep the $5 for your first one, and every video you post is another entry in the Apple Watch giveaway. Views also stack across everything you post and keep climbing over time, so a video that looks dead this week can still be earning in three months.
I don't have 1,000 TikTok followers. Can I do anything?
Yes — start on Instagram. TikTok Shop won't let anyone tag products under 1,000 followers, and that's their rule rather than ours. Instagram has no minimum: we send you a link, you put it in your bio, and you earn 25% of whatever it sells. We'll email you the day you cross 1,000 on TikTok.
Do I have to say it's an ad?
Yes. Mark it as a paid partnership or add #ad — TikTok has a toggle for it right where you tag the product. It takes one tap and it keeps you covered.
