Chocolate Latte W/ Sweet Cream Cold Foam

Deliciously rich Chocolate Latte with Sweet Cream Cold Foam. Done the NEUBRAIN way! This specialty latte combines NEUBRAIN's Smart Coffee Blend with chocolate and home made sweet cream cold foam.

Yield:

8 fl. oz.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp /12 g NEUBRAIN's Smart Coffee Blend

2 oz /57 g of water

6 oz of your choice of milk

3 oz of heavy whipping cream

1 tsp of vanilla syrup

Dash of salt

Directions:

1. Combine water, chocolate syrup, and one scoop of NEUBRAIN's Smart Coffee Blend in a small cup and froth together.

2. Line a new cup with chocolate syrup and fill it with ice.

3. In a separate cup, blend together your whipping cream, vanilla syrup, and salt with a frother til it's nice and foamy.

4. Fill the cup that has your ice with your milk and top it off with your chocolate infused mushroom coffee mixture.

5. Take your cold foam and pour it all on top to get that creamy latte texture.

6. Sip and enjoy!
